PADDY Collins is aiming to give farmers a financial helping hand after his appointment as NatWest's agricultural manager for Kent and Sussex.
His main responsibility will be to lead a team of locally based specialists giving advice and guidance to rural and farming businesses. He will also be forging links between agriculture and tourism.
Mr Collins has more than 10 years experience in the South East business community. He is married and his interests include cricket and gardening.
